Fraud
Fraud is when a person uses deception to gain a dishonest advantage. The advantage is often financial. There are several subcategories of fraud, for example, mortgage fraud, benefit fraud, false accounting, and abuse of position to name but a few. Sohail has extensive experience in fraud cases and in-depth knowledge of the Fraud Act 2006 and Theft Act 1968.
